Our approach recognises the need for cultural shifts within organisations, so that any change will be sustainable. We do not impose solutions, but we do work with organisations to see how they need to change. We implement change in a realistic way.

Facilitation
Lori is a skilled facilitator. As well as community engagement facilitation, she facilitates Away Days, visioning events, strategic planning sessions, and organisation reviews. Lori is experienced with large group facilitation techniques, and had run successful large group events.
